The vessel shall be designed as a single screw ,low speed diesel engine driven for unrestricted ocean service of carrying crude oil .it is to be a flush deck type without fore castle and to have a fairly raked stem with bulbous bow and transom stern .the engine  and cargo area is constructed with double bottom and double skin .the cargo oil system has the ability to carry crude oil having a flash point below 60 degrees and can handle three different kids of oil simultaneously.
